Aroma: Evaluation of the uniqueness and complexity of the coffee's aroma.
Taste: Assessment of the balance between taste elements: acidity, bitterness, and sweetness.
Body: Analysis of viscosity, texture, and depth of flavor.
Sweetness: Measurement of natural sweetness level and the type of sweetness present.
Clarity: Examination of the cleanliness and clarity of the coffee's taste.
After taste: Consideration of the impression left in the mouth after drinking the coffee
